What Do We Do?
Triple Whale centralizes and simplifies all the metrics used by Shopify sellers, enabling them to save more time and make more money. We help e-commerce businesses accurately track and forecast all kinds of metrics, including changes in profits and operational metrics. As Revenue Operations Specialist, you will act as the go-to resource for our go-to-market facing teams for process and systems, with a specific focus on the Customer Success organization. You will own, optimize, and streamline major impactful initiatives such as our attribution model, lead scoring, sales engagement, and CRM (currently Hubspot infrastructure).

As a member of the team, you will be key in driving success across all functions and establishing Triple Whale as the leader in the ecomOS space for ecommerce. You will report directly to the Head of Revenue Operations.

Primary duties
* Serve as the operational lead for Customer Success, while working closely with Sales and Marketing teams under a centralized Revenue Operations team
* Work across teams to identify areas of optimization through process improvements and tools (Hubspot, Chili Piper, ProsperStack, Gong, etc.)
* Execute on projects to improve churn prevention efficiency, onboarding automation, and forecasting with the VP of Customer Success
* Support the reporting needs across the organization as well as team-level reporting to help measure effectiveness of the go-to-market strategy
* Help the business understand how sales, customer success, and marketing outcomes accurately drive impact and ROI via accurate reporting and forecasting
* Build out a compensation and commission plan and process and Rules of Engagement process with CS leadership
* Manage quota and territory assignment and ongoing alignment
* Prepare enablement material to train teams on new processes, tools, and features
* Support an internal deal desk for refunds, coupons, and discounts

What We’ll Love About You
* 2-4 years of experience with Hubspot (A must)
* Previous experience at a SaaS company
* Previous experience in a start up environment
* A thirst for ownership, learning new skills, and delivering value to those you work
* Strong proficiency in Excel
* Clear demonstration of hitting and exceeding project plans
* Clear demonstration of working with individuals across departments resulting in higher performance 
* Ability to receive clear, actionable feedback
* Project management experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Dynamic, flexible, enjoys working quickly
* Strong comfort multitasking and excellent prioritization
* Understanding SQL, Python, a plus
