Job Description
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our growth initiatives, leveraging a product-led approach to drive user acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization. You will work cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute strategies that accelerate our growth and enhance our product’s value to users.

Responsibilities

Product-Led Growth Initiatives:
* Identify and implement product features that drive viral growth, engagement, and user retention.
* Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and improve key growth metrics.

Data Analysis and Insights:
* Analyze product usage data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
* Continuously monitor and report on growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to align on growth objectives and execute initiatives.
* Foster a growth-oriented culture within the organization.

User Acquisition and Onboarding:
* Optimize the onboarding experience to ensure new users quickly capture the full value of our product.
* Create and optimize free tools to attract new users and develop product flows to increase conversion to paying customers.
* Partner with the commercial team to develop and execute strategies that attract new prospects through organic, paid, and referral channels, and convert into users.

Retention and Monetization:
* Develop strategies to increase platform usage and customer lifetime value.
* Collaborate with financial and commercial stakeholders to test different pricing models, packages, and features to optimize revenue.

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of work experience as growth PM or a related role
* Proven track record of successfully leading PLG motions
* Strong understanding of product led growth methodologies and best practices
* Mastery of all things experimentation, from tooling to to test design and execution
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
* Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in product decision-making.
* Experience with product analytics tools and techniques to drive data-informed decisions.
* Knowledge of E-Commerce, Marketing, and Online Media Buying best practices is highly desired.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building impactful products quickly and efficiently. Those without this mindset need not apply.
* Strong technical background and relevant experience to partner effectively with design and engineering teams.
* User understanding, discovery, and design are well-covered by our dedicated design team, allowing PMs to focus on the technical and strategic aspects of product management.
