About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven, culture-focused Recruiter to join our growing HR team. This role is your opportunity to connect top talent with meaningful careers, shape our culture, and directly influence the growth of a growing premier environmental and engineering services consulting firm .
As a trusted partner to hiring managers, you’ll combine recruiting expertise with industry knowledge to deliver full-cycle recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and hire the best people. You’ll work hand-in-hand with leaders across engineering, environmental science, and remediation disciplines — while collaborating closely with other HR functions (Compensatio and Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partners) — to design sourcing approaches, lead candidate engagement, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every applicant.
What you'll do
- Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to influence and impact the recruiting and hiring process.
- Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.).
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and transparency at every stage.
- Work closely with hiring managers across the platform to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate national-level initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to align recruiting practices with broader talent management and workforce planning initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and professional networking opportunities.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree, College Diploma or equivalent in Business, Engineering or Science.
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the AEC industry.
- Strong understanding of technical, professional, and field-based roles in the environmental consulting industry.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and candidates alike.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and leveraging technology and social platforms.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology to manage candidates and data.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
$80,000 - $120,000 a year
