True Environmental is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing manager, marketing team, and technical staff to drive the full pursuit lifecycle—from lead generation and capture planning to proposal development and presentation coaching. We’re looking for a strong leader with proven experience managing marketing programs for a multidisciplinary engineering organization. What you'll do

    • Lead complex proposals with general guidance, including scheduling and conducting project kick-off meetings and strategy sessions to drive winning proposals.
    • Collaborate with technical staff to create original content, and review/edit submissions for clarity, compliance, and alignment with key messages. Coach staff during the presentation phase of pursuits.
    • Research, gather, and edit proposal materials, ensuring all content is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
    • Partner with graphic design staff to plan and produce proposal materials that effectively communicate the strategic vision of each pursuit.
    • Work with pursuit teams to develop strategy, providing business intelligence on clients, competitors, and True Environmental.
    • Support client engagement teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings, and actively participate in engagement team discussions. Contribute to annual strategic planning initiatives.
    • Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and related submittal requirements for IDIQs, BPAs, C-contracts, task orders, call orders, SF330s, and similar solicitations.
    • Support pre-positioning activities, including capture planning, strategy development, competitor analysis, teaming arrangements, and client mapping as a core member of multi-disciplinary pursuit teams.
    • Participate in business development meetings, capturing notes and documenting action items.
    • Maintain and update the pursuit pipeline to reflect changes in status, solicitation dates, or estimated values.
    • Lead interview and presentation preparation for shortlist interviews.
    • Assist in post-proposal debriefs for both winning and losing efforts.
    • Attend pre-proposal meetings, industry events, and board meetings as needed.
    • May provide indirect supervision to other marketing coordinators and graphic designers.

Minimal Qualifications

    • Five (5) years of professional experience in the architectural/engineering/construction (AEC) industry.
    • Experience in submitting successful proposals for Federal, government, and private clients.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills (both oral and written)
    • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams towards a positive outcome
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in completing tasks
    • Proficient in common grammar, punctuation, proofing and business writing
    • Knowledge of AEC industry terms and definitions highly desired
    • Ability to produce high-quality materials under deadline pressure
    • Ability to train others industry standards and procedures
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
    • Proven competence in Adobe InDesign
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

    • Client and partner relationships that bring value to major pursuits.
    • Experience with Federal/SF330 proposals.
    • Knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) software (Deltek Vantagepoint).
    • Bring energy and excitement around each assignment to motivate and move pursuit teams forward around one shared mission.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
