About the Role

TrueAccord is on a mission to transform debt collection through technology, data science, and a consumer-first approach. We are seeking a Paralegal II to join our Legal & Compliance team and help power the operational engine that supports innovation and scale.
This role blends litigation and regulatory complaint management, compliance support, and contract review with process-building and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be a trusted partner to attorneys and business stakeholders, working at the intersection of legal expertise and tech-driven operations. If you thrive in fast-changing environments and enjoy solving problems in real time, this is your chance to shape how legal and compliance functions grow alongside a high-growth digital-first debt collection agency.
If you’re a paralegal who wants more than a predictable checklist role—if you’re excited by the challenge of ambiguity, fast growth, and building better processes—this is your opportunity.

Why Join Us?

At TrueAccord, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how a high-growth financial services company manages litigation, compliance, and contracts. You’ll gain:
Visibility and influence. Work directly with attorneys, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Innovation opportunities. Help design systems that leverage technology for smarter legal and compliance operations.
Impact at scale. Contribute to the success of a company expanding rapidly in a complex, regulated industry.
