About the Role
We’re seeking a Partner Manager with 5–8 years of experience to join our growing
Partnerships team. This is a critical role responsible for cultivating, managing, and
growing stratiegic partnerships within the banking, fintech, and embedded finance
ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach, services
mindset, and an ability to operate across a variety of stakeholders—from C-suite to
product, marketing, and delivery teams.
You’ll work closely with go-to-market teams to co-develop and execute partner-led
campaigns, drive joint pipeline, and bring innovative financial technology and service
solutions to market. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills,
strategic thinking, and a passion for building long-term, revenue-generating
alliances—not transactional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of partners (technology
platforms, banks, fintechs, integrators, and enablers)
Lead and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including co-marketing
campaigns, co-branded events, and digital initiatives that generate pipeline
and brand visibility
Facilitate co-creation and co-innovation efforts with partners and
clients—developing new service offerings, accelerators, or bundled solutions with
fintechs u other third parties for tailored market needs
Align partnership activities with revenue goals and service offerings, tracking
pipeline contribution and influence
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, delivery, marketing, and
product) to drive successful partner engagement and execution
Identify and prioritize new partner opportunities aligned with our growth strategy
and vertical focus areas
Develop and deepen executive relationships with both partners and clients to
unlock strategic collaboration and differentiated value
Provide input into service design, packaging, and messaging, and ensure
partner alignment with consultative value-based selling
Drive operational excellence through governance, QBRs, enablement, and
reporting tools
Represent the company and plan join initiatives with strategic partners at
industry events, partner summits, and client innovation sessions
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, GTM strategy, or business
development, preferably in the banking, fintech, or embedded finance
ecosystem
Experience working with or for professional services or consulting firms, with
a strong understanding of how to package and sell services vs. products
Proven track record in executing co-marketing plans and partner-led GTM
that drive measurable pipeline and brand impact
Experience driving co-creation/co-innovation initiatives, ideally building joint
offerings or accelerators with partners and clients
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with ability to build
trust across C-level, sales, product, and marketing teams
Comfortable “rolling up your sleeves” to build GTM campaigns, pitch decks, and
activation plans with minimal guidance
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by collaboration, creativity,
and accountability
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools;
experience with partner marketing platforms is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience managing banking ecosystem partners (e.g., core banking,
payments, lending, compliance tech, digital onboarding)
Understanding of modern banking APIs, embedded finance infrastructure,
and/or digital transformation in financial services
Based in Charlotte, NC, or willing to travel periodically to partner or client
locations for joint planning and execution

$95,000 - $105,000 a year
