We are seeking an experienced salesperson to join our team as Sales Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. They should possess excellent communication skills, be adept at understanding client needs, and be able to offer optimal solutions. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll do

    • Develop new business opportunities in the Marketplaces, eCommerce, Fintech, and Startup sectors in Colombia and Mexico, leveraging your experience of at least 4 years in these industries.
    • Identify and target potential sales leads, effectively nurturing them to advance them to the next level.
    • Set ambitious sales quotas and consistently exceed them.
    • Prospect clients, thoroughly understand their needs and pain points, and offer tailored solutions.
    • Conduct demos and provide comprehensive explanations of our platform.
    • Demonstrate strong internal and external communication skills.
    • Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close deals.
    • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and display flexibility.
    • Exhibit a fast learning ability to stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.
    • Take a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
    • Possess a strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities.
    • Embrace grit and take ownership of projects and targets.

    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
    • Demonstrated ability to set ambitious goals and consistently achieve them.
    • Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the sales process.
    • Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency.
    • Knowledge of APIs and integration systems is preferable.
    • Location: Medellín or Bogotá
