As we plot our expansion, we're on the hunt for a creative and driven Events Coordinator to amplify our brand and connect with our audience in Mexico.

Role Overview:  The Events Coordinator will be instrumental in designing, coordinating, and executing Truora’s events strategy in Mexico. From industry conferences to intimate roundtables, you'll bring our brand to life, creating memorable experiences that foster deep connections with our audience.

Responsibilities:

    • Event Strategy Development: Conceptualize a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with Truora’s marketing goals and brand identity, targeting key audiences across Mexico.
    • Event Planning and Execution: Take the helm in planning and executing a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and private gatherings, ensuring each event is engaging and effectively communicates Truora’s value proposition.
    • Vendor and Venue Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality event execution within budget.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure event messages are aligned with Truora’s objectives and product offerings.
    • Audience Engagement: Design interactive and engaging experiences for event attendees, enhancing brand awareness and loyalty among our target audience.
    • Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate the success of each event through feedback collection and performance analysis, leveraging insights to refine future event strategies.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor events, and market needs to continuously innovate and improve Truora’s event offerings.

Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
    • Creativity and Innovation: Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design unique and impactful event experiences.
    • Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, ensuring event objectives are integrated with broader marketing and sales goals.
    • Adaptability: Flexible and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
