ZapSign International Expansion Leader
Role Overview: As the ZapSign International Expansion Leader, you will orchestrate our global expansion efforts, with a pronounced focus on harnessing marketing and sales strategies to unlock new markets (initial focus on Colombia and Mexico) and amplify our footprint. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight, sales acumen, analytic skills and marketing expertise to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities effectively.
Location: Flexible (with emphasis on Latin America)
Responsabilities
- Strategic Market Entry: Devise and implement market entry strategies that prioritize marketing, “localization, and sales initiatives, to maximize ZapSign’s visibility and adoption in new and existing markets.
- Leadership in Marketing and Sales: Lead in marketing and sales strategies per country.
- Growth Hacking: Employ growth hacking techniques to quickly scale ZapSign’s market presence, utilizing innovative marketing strategies and sales tactics to drive rapid adoption.
- Customer Insights: Harness deep market and customer insights to tailor marketing and sales approaches, ensuring relevance and resonance with target audiences across different geographies.
- Performance of OKRs Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics for marketing and sales activities, leveraging data to refine strategies and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Global Brand Building: Oversee the development of a cohesive global brand strategy for ZapSign, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all markets.
- Identify deal blockers in the international expansion of ZapSign and coordinate with other teams (e.g., Product) to prioritize initiatives that address those deal blockers.
- Cultivate a relationship with other company areas to maintain constant alignment and coordination (Product, Customer Support, other Truora teams).
- Act as a communication bridge between Truora and ZapSign.

- Marketing and Sales Expertise: Proven expertise in leading marketing and sales strategies with a track record of driving growth in international markets.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and execute meticulously, with a focus on innovative marketing and sales approaches to drive expansion.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, campaign performance, and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in International Expansion: Demonstrated experience in spearheading international expansion, ideally in the SaaS or digital product sectors.
- Adaptive Communication: Exceptional communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English, adept at crafting messages that engage and persuade diverse global audiences.
- Leadership and Inspiration: Dynamic leadership abilities, capable of motivating marketing and sales teams to excel in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Sensitivity and adaptability to diverse cultural, regulatory, and business landscapes.
