Truora is a dynamic and innovative tech start-up dedicated to Simplify user interaction across digital channels. We seek a Business Development Representative to help us achieve our growth goals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Bogotá or important cities in Colombia. In this role, you will play a key part in our expansion strategy and will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities in the territory.

Responsabilities:

    • Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients and partners in the Colombian market.
    • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through market research and outbound prospecting efforts.
    • Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
    • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
    • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
    • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics in Colombia.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the SaaS (Software as a service) market in Colombia.
    • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
    • Self-motivated: Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
    • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
