If you would like to join us, we are looking for an Business Development Representative who will be responsible for working alongside our Partnership Managers to book appointments and help to build out a pipeline of prospects.

About the Role:

    • Identify key prospects in our most important sales channels
    • Inbound/outbound cold calling and emailing
    • Follow and execute a known plan to qualify and book appointments with targets for our Partnership Managers
    • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, Zoom demos, LinkedIn, and any other mediums
    • Effectively manage your pipeline of prospects and leads — organization is key! 
    • Positively represent our company and brand
    • Work in a fast-paced, challenging, high-growth startup with room to grow
    • This is a 6-month temporary position that has the potential to convert to full-time employment

Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of professional work experience 
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener
    • Bold - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain the Trust & Will value proposition
    • An obsession with prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up
    • Flexibility - able to be agile with quick changes
    • Ability to become a subject matter expert. Become a guide on estate planning in a matter of weeks, and the curiosity to keep learning about all its intricacies for years to come

Bonus Points for:

    • Experience in working with Financial Institutions, Financial Advisors, Employee Benefits/Unions 
    • Experience working in a tech company and/or high-growth startup

    • Our salary range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 per hour with an opportunity to earn up to an additional $7,500 in commission based on sales performance target within six-months.
