Trusted’s headquarters is located in San Francisco’s Financial District, though it has taken a digital-first approach to building its workforce and the majority of their team resides outside the Bay Area.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for our first Treasury hire to make a direct impact on the Company’s overall finances. In this role, you will manage, improve, and develop financial models that are pivotal to Trusted’s capital allocation and capital market decisions. The position will be primarily responsible for Trusted’s cash flow forecasts and will be critical in the treasury teams’ development of enhanced financial models.

Your responsibilities:

    • You’ll work closely with our Finance team to develop and reiterate the Cash Forecast Modeling on collections, financing, and opex activities
    • Coordinate banking activities with a keen eye on optimizing liquidating and improving working capital
    • Manage cash balances for multiple subsidiaries and bank accounts
    • Support execution and coordination of intercompany and external cash movement, including wire transfers
    • Perform confirmation and settlement of foreign currency transactions
    • Strategically manage daily cash balance reporting and positioning
    • Maintain responsibility for preparing weekly reports on management of cash, AR Financing, Compliance reporting
    • Ensure strict compliance with all Treasury SOX controls

You are tenacious in learning the ins and outs of our software, thorough in your review of every cash transaction and the kind of person that ensures nothing slips through the cracks. Honest. You act with integrity and maintain a standard for all work with proper documentation, doing what is right and speak your truth even if it means disagreeing with your manager or your peers.
    • Strong work ethic. You are motivated to get things done without being told what to do and bring new ideas to the company, seeking more efficient ways to complete tasks or improve processes.
    • Fast learner. Ok, so maybe you haven't done 100% on the list above, but you’re excited about picking up new things and you think learning curves are more like runways. You’re a self-starter and if provided with the right direction you’ll figure out how to get to the destination.

You have:

    • 3+ years of finance operations/payments/treasury experience in a startup environment or equivalent experience 
    • Degree in math/finance or related field preferred
    • Strong Financial/Data modeling skills (Pivots, Vlookups, etc.) SQL is a plus!
    • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
