About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Content Creator to travel the world, meet our members (both human and pet!), and craft engaging stories that show the magic of our platform, resonate with our audience, and drive growth on social channels.

You’ll be traveling nationally and internationally, capturing and posting dynamic and highly resonant stories from our members and their pets. Your focus will be on short-form video. We are currently on Instagram/Reels, Facebook, and TikTok, but would like to experiment with Youtube Shorts and other channels in the future.

This role sits within the Brand & Content Marketing team, reporting into the Head of Brand & Content Marketing, and works closely with the PR, Campaigns, and Talent Management sourcing UGC and stories from our members. As a team, you’ll crack the formula for content that resonates whether it’s driving organic reach on social media and PR, or creating reusable formats we can replicate or amplify in paid social, display, or in-product content.

This role would suit a highly creative and organised individual, with an excellent understanding of social platforms, trends, and video production, and a passion for pets and travel.

When applying please share some short-form video content you’ve produced.
The salary range for this role is £35k -£40k

    • Present creative ideas to the Brand & Content Team to feed into a larger content strategy to achieve department growth and creative KPIs.
    • Analyse social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and sentiment, and provide regular reports and insights to optimise strategy and improve results.
    • Work with Brand leadership and data teams to understand the impact of social content on brand awareness and customer acquisition.
    • Ensure effective delivery of all projects, on time and budget.
    • Respond and engage with social comments, as required, or by working with other teammates who can support moderation.
