About the role
As a Total Rewards Manager, you will play an impactful role by blending expertise in total rewards with project management skills to drive strategic initiatives. Responsible for all compensation and benefits matters across our European markets, you'll dive into HR data analytics, leverage our HRIS system, and drive strategic HR projects where your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional Compensation & Benefits tasks. Collaborating closely with colleagues in the People & Culture team and senior business leaders, you'll navigate daily interactions across various organisational facets. You will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer. The position is based in Stockholm.

What you’ll do

    • Lead the compensation and benefits programme across Trustly Europe 
    • Oversee career leveling and benchmarking 
    • Manage and execute on yearly processes related to compensation and benefits
    • Manage incentive programmes
    • Frequent reporting into senior management 
    • Interaction with senior leaders advising on compensation related topics
    • Drive cross-functional projects related to supporting the business from a People & Culture perspective

Who you are

    • M.Sc. in Business & Economics or equivalent
    • 3+ years of relevant experience from a compensation & benefits role (or equivalent)
    • Analytical and excel-savvy person with particular interest in data management / big data analytics
    • Experience in end-to-end project management, encompassing both compensation & benefits projects and general strategic HR initiatives
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Experience from the payment industry, and or financial services in general is a plus
