About the role
As an Integration Specialist at Trustly you will support clients across all our businesses (Gaming, E-commerce, Financial Services, and Travel) during the integration process.
The Integration team is currently based in Stockholm, London and Malta. Together we make sure that our customers successfully integrate Trustly’s API so that they can start using our products. 

What you’ll do

    • Support clients across all our businesses during the integration process. You will also be working with Trustly’s Partners, Payment Service Providers (PSP’s)
    • Make sure that merchants have integrated our API correctly before they go live
    • Support our commercial teams in technical discussions with our clients
    • Improve the processes and routines within the Integration team
    • Update our online API documentation

Who you are

    • You have 3+ years of experience working in a technical role
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships is one of your strong sides
    • You are solution-driven with a strong analytical ability and resourceful when it comes to solving problems
    • You are incredibly service minded and customer focused with a great interest and understanding in technology 
    • You have broad technical knowledge
    • You are a Team player – We are one team working from different locations (Sweden, UK and Malta), that makes communication and team spirit crucial
    • You work independently and are flexible, able to shift tasks and priorities
    • You have a basic understanding of computer networking and HTTP, basic SQL skills
    • If you have previous experience working with/as programming, mobile app development, system integration and/or online payments, that is a plus
