About the team:
Acting as world-class payroll business partners, ensuring top-notch employee experiences in all matters related to payroll, while prioritizing data precision and quality to bolster Trustly's operations and expansion efforts, and diligently adhering to governmental regulations and compliance standards.

What you will do:

    • Independently perform all onboarding and offboarding tasks.
    • Address routine inquiries from employees and managers regarding all employee-related topics (payroll, PTO, leaves, benefits, etc.), utilizing FAQs, manuals, processes, or flowcharts as needed. Follow guidelines to document standardized responses for newly raised inquiries.
    • Maintain timely updates of all employee personal data and documents within backoffice tools, including Google Drive and the HRIS System. Promptly report and address any errors or discrepancies that arise.
    • Adhere to established policies, processes, procedures, and manual guidelines in daily tasks.
    • Independently execute benefit processes and workflows.
    • Follow up on HSE Management - Occupational Medicine Exams, eSocial, People With Disabilities (PWDs), and Concierge service from the Medicine Provider.
    • Administer the issuance and validation of termination notices, severance payments, and final pays, ensuring submission for payment and prioritizing the employee experience within payroll functions during the offboarding process.
    • Create, assess, and furnish reports concerning benefits and payroll metrics.
    • Attend meetings regarding payroll or benefits matters (in English and Portuguese), reviewing benefits invoices diligently and promptly, ensuring correct billing and accurate cost center distribution.
    • Collaborate closely with both the accounting team and senior team members to furnish information concerning benefits invoices.
    • Support in all aspects of the payroll closing cycle, including data input, reviewing final payroll files, verifying taxes, etc., with oversight from senior staff members.
    • Perform other related activities as required by the role.

Who you are:

    • Bachelor/Technologist/Technical Degree (on going or concluded) in Accounting, Business Administration, or HR.
    • Advanced English.
    • Experience with Word: Capable to elaborate general documents such as: employment statement, visa statements, notices, internal memos, etc.
    • Experience with Powerpoint: Ability to assemble mid-level complexity presentations using data and graphics.
    • Experience with Excel ou Google Sheets: Using of pivot table, intermediate formulas such as (vlookup, sumifs, count.ifs, countblank, concat, convert, averageifs, hlookup), conditional formatting, date calculation, and graphics.

    • It will be a plus: 
    • Intermediate knowledge about Local Labor and Tax Law (Hold the understanding of the Legal premises with a good sense of the law impact over the payroll routines). 
    • eSocial concepts. 
    • LGPD data concepts.
