As a Technical Project Manager at TrustYou, you will be located in Germany and work remotely with our International team. You will act as the technical backbone of the Data Partner Sales department (DPS), and work hand-in-hand with our Sales and Key Account Teams in successfully managing client collaborations and accompanying the process of new client acquisitions.

In your role, you are empowered to…

    • Take charge of technical client projects which include:
    • Technical onboarding for our online travel agency clients (DATA) and destination organizations (DMO) including initial product setup and participation in client kick-off calls
    • Supporting clients with technical inquiries in regards to the usage of purchased solutions during their subscription period
    • Collaborating closely with our Client Success, Operations and Data Entry team to ensure proper task coordination and completion inline with client expectations and deadlines
    • Continuously optimizing technical collaboration and synergies with technical partners and system integrators

    • Support with sales enablement initiatives which include:
    • Participating in initial client consultation calls, supporting Sales and Key Account Managers with your technical product knowledge
    • Supporting tailored product marketing material such as design mockups to showcase prospects and clients our products’ added value

    • Take ownership of internal technical projects which include:
    • Continuously ensuring proper documentation of product and processes to streamline standard of procedures across the team and organization
    • Liasing closely with our Product Team to drive product optimisation and innovation based on client feedback and other data-oriented observations

You are a perfect fit, if you…

    • Have a minimum 2-3 year experience in a customer support role with technical affinity (especially with APIs)
    • Are detail-oriented and organized
    • Are quick-thinking and have a solution-oriented mindset
    • Independently able to manage complex processes and timelines
    • Languages: fluency in English in both writing and speaking, German is a plus
