Director Global Account Management (all genders)
Location of the role: Germany (Remote)

As a Director Global Account Management at TrustYou, you will direct and oversee the global account management function of TrustYou and implement short- and long term strategies for building client relationships, generating new business and driving revenue growth. You will develop and set team objectives and targets. In this position, you will proactively lead the business’s strategic account planning processes and develop performance objectives, sales targets and ensure that our global accounts receive seamless high end service.

In your role, you will make an impact by…..

    • Strategic Account Management:
    • Oversee and develop relationships and strategic alignment with TrustYou´s top-tier global clients.
    • Create and maintain strategic objectives with key customer stakeholders at the executive level
    • Identify and align key product initiatives between top-tier clients and TrustYou, eEnsuringe the delivery of agreed-upon services, solutions, or products to global accounts. 
    • Financial management of the contracts to enable topline account revenue growth and delivery cost optimization, with a focus on annual targetsensure budgets and forecasts are achieved.
    • Create and drive forward global and regional client engagement strategy.
    • Prepare and perform quarterly business reviews with key internal and external contacts.
    • Revenue Growth:
    • Identify opportunities to expand the company's business with existing global accounts.
    • Ensure retention and growth targets are met, focusing on value addition and customer satisfaction.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service) to ensure global accounts receive seamless service.
    • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, sharing their needs, feedback, and perspectives.
    • Contract Negotiation:
    • Lead negotiations with global accounts, ensuring contracts are favorable and align with TrustYou's company goals.
    • Ensure timely renewals and prevent contract churn.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales and relationship trends related to global accounts.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management/ C-Level on account performance, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of global account managers or representatives. 
    • Foster cooperation, communication, and teamwork within EYELEVEL Account teams globally, across teams and branches; foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.
    • Market Insights:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies. 
    • Provide insights to help shape the company's strategic approach to global account management.
    • Problem Solving:
    • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that might arise with global accounts in a timely and effective manner.
    • Travel:
    • Frequent travel to meet with global clients, attend industry events, or coordinate with regional offices.

You are a perfect fit, if you have…

    • 8-10 yrs experience in Hospitality + SaaS industry
    • Proven experience in global/Strategic account management or senior sales roles
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
    • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
    • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales & project management processes
    • Ability to use a range of approaches and strategies to build a stronger negotiation base and form sustainable long-term relationships
    • Experience managing relationships across multiple geographies
    • Experience selling both product and services business solutions in a tech start- up environment
    • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
    • A high-energy and is a team player who is a fast learner and is at ease with technology
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools, Project Management 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Business Fluency in spoken and written English, French is a plus
