Position:  Senior Consultant Enterprise (EMEA)
Location of the role: Germany (Remote)

As a Senior Consultant Enterprise, you will be responsible for the initial onboarding to ongoing adoption, by assisting customers throughout their lifecycle, helping them unlock the most value from our products and services. Our ideal candidate is a smart and innovative person who understand the client goals and, as trusted advisors, will help them deliver on their business objectives and recommend solutions to the challenges they face.

In your role, you will make an impact by…..

    • (Client) Engagement & Relationship Management
    • Partnering closely with Sales and Account Management Leadership teams to understand business requirements and challenges of enterprise clients and prospects.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
    • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance, recommendations and strategies to accelerate growth.

    • Data Analysis, Solution Design & Implementation
    • Analyzing data to find ways for improvement and transform data into actionable insights
    • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
    • Defining, owning, delivering and evolving an innovative consulting concept tailored to client needs.
    • Developing effective materials that are appropriate to the audience and encourage key concepts and best practices. (Case Studies/ Best Practices)
    • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

    • Project Management
    • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

    • Technical Expertise & Continuous Improvement
    • Staying current with the latest trends and technologies in enterprise services/ consulting.
    • Analyzing client feedback and project outcomes to identify high impact areas for improvement and to maximize value and growth
    • Collaborating with product development teams to enhance service offerings.
    • Contributing to the development of best practices and methodologies within the company.

You are a perfect fit, if you have…

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in enterprise service/ management consulting, technical account management, Customer Experience and Customer Success area, Sales/ Business Development in a B2B environment
    • Strong understanding of enterprise service solutions, including CRS, CRM, CDP or RMS systems.
    • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex enterprise projects.
    • Experience working with enterprise-level clients across the hospitality industry or similar industries, primarily in subscription- based biz models.
    • Experience with data analysis & visualization and making data driven business recommendations/ decisions.
    • Track record of success in building customer relationships at multiple levels of the organization of Enterprise Clients.
    • Proven experience leveraging industry best practices, program operationalization, and insight driven suggestions to mature Customer facing programs.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal; other languages are a plus), with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
