Marketing Manager (all genders): 
Location of the role: Tokyo, Japan

As a Marketing Manager, you will be based in Tokyo Japan and be part of our international Marketing Team. As our ideal candidate, you are passionate about all aspects of marketing, with a special affinity for digital marketing. You will convince us with your creativity, clarity of communication, project management skills and intrinsic motivation. In addition, you will also support the Japanese Sales team by producing relevant materials (Press releases, news letters to the existing clients etc) that create improved conversion on new business opportunities and develop and implement marketing strategies to facilitate user product adoption, usage, and contract renewal.

In your role, you will make an impact by…..

    • Product Positioning, Messaging & Advocacy: Develop unique value propositions, business narratives, and messaging for each product or product category and be customer facing in advocating the value of our products.
    • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Work closely across team Japan (managing Director, the sales teams and the global marketing to define and lead the strategy for launching new products and features to the market via data research and customer discovery.
    • Content Management & Creation: Collaborate with the content team and through individual effort to develop product-related content such as case studies, videos, website copy, webinars, blog, press releases, newsletters, SNS and TrustYou interview posts.
    • Demand Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team and team Japan to design and implement effective lead generation campaigns (including trade shows).
    • Customer Insight: Gather customer feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing marketing efforts.
    • Market Intelligence: Be the expert on our buyers, understanding how they buy and their buying criteria. Monitor competitive products and maintain a detailed competitive analysis.

You are a perfect fit, if you have…

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience.
    • Proven ability to develop effective product messaging and positioning.
    • Proven ability to conduct & manage digital marketing.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.

Nice to haves....

    • MBA or advanced marketing degree.
    • Experience in the travel/hospitality technology industry or a similar product category.
    • Content Marketing Skills (SEO) a plus.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
    • Business Intelligence tooling (Tableau or similar) experience a plus.
    • Salesforce (or similar CRM tool) experience a plus.
