What you might do:
- Conduct data research to solve problems that directly impact the company’s growth
- Identify operational issues through data analysis, leveraging global analytics and actionable data-driven insights
- Engage in the continuous improvement of team processes, by identifying gaps and suggesting areas for improvement
- Meet with cross-functional teams to influence product improvements utilizing data findings
- Document process changes and learnings for overall team improvement and new hire training

- Someone curious! If you don’t know an answer to a question or how something works, your first instinct is to dig until you find out
- Someone inquisitive! If a process seems like it could be optimized, or a certain workflow doesn’t make sense, ask about it! We’re always looking for ways to improve and everyone’s suggestions play a part in making the product and team better
- Someone detail-oriented! Working with data requires a lot of critical thinking, and we want a team that values quality over quality
- A team player! We have full transparency at Truv about what our goals are, and we’re looking for someone who can get behind the vision and use it as their guide for day-to-day decisions
Outreach Worker Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- High level of personal and professional integrity including the ability to protect and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to take initiative and to work both independently and as part of a team
- Engage with our users through proactive outreach via phone and email
Some bonus points if you:
- Came from a SAAS background
- Have experience in FinTech, Banking or Lending
