What You'll Do

    • Inbound Lead Management: Engage with prospects who have shown interest through form submissions or online chats.
    • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine their fit and readiness, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
    • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Head of Growth to schedule product demonstrations and strategize on account development.
    • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed daily activity KPIs and monthly pipeline quotas.​

What You'll Bring:

    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English to communicate with prospects globally.
    • Call Center Experience: Prior experience in a call center or high-volume contact environment is highly preferred.
    • Drive: A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
    • Adaptability: Ability to navigate challenges and adapt strategies in a dynamic environment.
    • Team Player: Collaborative spirit to work effectively across departments and support peers.
    • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Hubspot CRM - Contacts, Companies, Deals, Sequences, Tasks and sales engagement platforms.​

Your Journey to Success:

    • Month 1:
    • Gaining a deep understanding of our products and market.
    • Begin engaging with inbound leads under supervision.​
    • Month 2:
    • Start outbound prospecting, applying learned strategies to generate new leads.
    • Collaborate with AEs to refine outreach techniques and messaging.​
    • Month 3:
    • Fully ramped up, independently managing both inbound and outbound leads.
    • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.​
    • Month 12:
    • Established as a key contributor to the growth team.
    • Mentoring new SDRs/BDRs/MDRs and sharing insights to drive team success.
    • Exploring opportunities for career advancement within Truv.​
