POSITION SUMMARY

Truveris is looking for a Sales Executive responsible for selling our technology-enabled pharmacy benefit services directly to brokers and consultants, as well as supporting the Sales RVP in meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, negotiating contracts with potential clients, and developing successful relationships with clients and leads to ensure a lasting relationship and maintain potential for adding new features/products.  We’re looking for an ambitious sales professional with knowledge in employer benefit services, but also someone passionate to change the world of drug pricing.
 
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, a strong commitment to CRM data and process, proven ability to close, and superb interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Carry out prospecting activities such as lead qualification and outbound prospecting
    • Develop strategic project plans to support the organization's largest prospects throughout the client acquisition process
    • Remain current on PBM industry trends and competitive knowledge
    • Maintain deep technical understanding of Truveris products, product sales cycles and Truveris in the marketplace
    • Represent Truveris in the market and at on site customer presentations and meetings
    • Present and articulate product features and benefits, product direction and product solutions to customers
    • Create and present territory-specific internal strategy documents
    • Record and manage all sales activities in SalesForce.com
    • Partner with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Product & Client Services to draft messaging, create presentation materials and provide logistical support as necessary
    • Support senior members of the Sales team in region by enhancing overall sales efficiency and early funnel engagement
    • Responsible for managing and attaining a sales goal within regional aligned with RVP regional goals
    • Work closely with (support/manage) Analyst team to present customer plans, timeline for deliverables and consistent customer communication throughout the product sales cycle
    • Develop & give presentation of/Present product features and solutions to key decision makers within multiple sales channels -in person, conference calls, WebEx etc.
    • Follows instruction and proactively gathers insight from senior team members for day-to-day work

QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 4+ years proven success in sales / business development role
    • A passion for creating a new market category and the hard work required to do so
    • A high EQ, you are sensitive to clients’ needs and quickly develop warm client relationships
    • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Economics or Business
    • Strong project management skills and a can-do attitude
    • Sharp business judgement and the ability to see past the noise
    • Strong communicator, attentive listener, and compelling explainer
    • Good team member but ability to work autonomously to get things done
    • Previous experience in the PBM/Rx benefits industry a plus
