About the team & role
The Mystery Marketing Team is lean and mean. We own how and where the company communicates with all stakeholders (think web, sales materials, content creation, email marketing, branding, etc.). We're adding a new role to focus on data-driven digital growth marketing. This person will guide measurement frameworks, data strategy, performance analytics, and technology solutions to inform marketing and demand-driving efforts.
If you're a digital maverick—looking to put a range of skills to use and work cross-functionally in uncharted waters—this might be the role for you.

Skills & qualifications

    • 3+ years managing complex digital marketing and data analytics efforts
    • Strong experience with digital analytics, audience discovery and segmentation, measurement, and data quality
    • Proficient in SQL—able to perform advanced website and digital media analyses and then turn that data into beautiful dashboards in Metabase
    • Expert ability to turn data into digital strategy and execute on that strategy
    • Experience managing paid marketing efforts
    • Comfortable owning end-to-end marketing experimentation
    • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once
    • Highly organized and self-sufficient
    • Clear communication skills
    • Extensive experience with Hubspot (or other CRMs)

It's a plus if you...

    • Have experience working with a distributed team
    • Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
    • Have experience in B2B marketing—specifically to People Ops and/or Human Resources
    • Like love dogs (or cats I guess)
