About allows customers to Try clothes from online stores for free. We give consumers and merchants the power to transact online without upfront payment. We power a "Try for Free" button on merchant's websites and apps, kind of like Paypal, but without the payment. Once the goods are received, consumers get 7 days to decide what they want to keep or return, at which point we trigger payment. You will have the opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills, work with customers and retailers as well as collaborate with other departments. You will also participate in Team social events. We are looking for the next generation of problem solvers to drive change within


    • Communicate with customers via chat and email
    • Assist with placing orders and other daily operations tasks
    • Communicate with merchants
    • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries
    • Communicate effectively with all team members, even those outside of your department
    • Multi-tasking frequently between daily responsibilities


    • Passionate about startups and tech
    • Believes that helping users is crucial to the growth and success of the company
    • Comfortable using business and professional language when communicating with customers
    • Superb written and oral communication skills
    • Microsoft Office proficiency
