Social Media & Marketing Manager
Try.com enables customers that love shopping online to Try before they buy from the most popular online stores including websites like Asos, Nike, Nordstrom, Revolve, Zara and many more.
We’re looking for a candidate who specializes in social media marketing & community management and is looking to grow into a Senior Marketing role.
In addition to your expertise in engaging with our customers on social media, you will learn how to use best-in-class marketing technology to drive personalized communication via email, push and in-app messaging in pursuit of engagement & referral growth.
- Planning & developing content for all @Try social media channels and blog
- Planning & executing daily customer communications via email & push message
- Engaging with the Try community across all channels
- Executing industry influencer outreach efforts
- You are a social media expert, you know what's trending & you’re on top of pop culture news
- You have experience managing the community of a customer-focused brand
- You are a planner, you are organized and have a track record of execution
- You are a self starter with the ability to make decisions & recommendations with limited oversight
- You are an excellent copywriter with a keen eye for detail
- You have a positive, can-do attitude with the willingness to fail and learn
