We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Systems Analyst to join our team in Bogota, Mexico City, or Sao Paulo. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience with HubSpot and a strong background in revenue systems management. This role will involve optimizing our revenue operations, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights to support our global growth.
Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte. #LI-HYBRID
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Management: - Maintain and optimize our HubSpot platform to ensure it meets the needs of our sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Implement and manage workflows, dashboards, and reports within HubSpot to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within HubSpot, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance. Must have experience with custom code.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics. Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Revenue Operations Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue operations and improve processes. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all revenue systems. Work with IT and other departments to integrate HubSpot with other business systems.
- Strategic Planning and Support: Provide support for revenue forecasting and planning. Assist in the development and implementation of revenue growth strategies. Support the implementation of new revenue-related initiatives and projects.
- Training and Documentation: Train and support team members on HubSpot and other revenue systems. Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with HubSpot, including system administration and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Fluency in English required and proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is preferred.
