Jeeves is launching their operations in Canada and are searching for a motivated, ambitious Senior Account Executive to join their rapidly growing Sales team.  The Senior Account Executive will report to our General Manager, North America, and be responsible for uncovering new client opportunities and closing high-value business in our region.

Location: This role is open to full-time remote work or an option to be based out of Toronto, Canada as a hybrid position where there is an opportunity to come into our office in Downtown Toronto. #LI-HYBRID

Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify business opportunities targeting international operating companies, especially in Latin America, with headquarters in the U.S. or Canada
    • Develop and execute outbound campaigns to build a database of prospects
    • Work cross functionally to identify marketing opportunities, product enhancements and operational improvements
    • Manage and close business opportunities; assist clients with inquiries on the platforms and products
    • Onboard new clients and cross-sell to existing clients by providing top-notch client servicing with great attention to detail
    • Operational excellence in key performance indicators and quota attainment
    • Launch and iterate Account Based Marketing strategies across target accounts in North America
    • Build an effortless and value-driven merchant experience while working directly with a versatile portfolio of business owners to help support their financial goals

Requirements:

    • 5+ years’ experience in sales or business development 
    • Prior experience working within a fast growing startup - fintech, payments, cross border experience is strongly preferred but not required
    • Forex sales / relationship management experience is mandatory
    • Have experience within a B2B or client-facing environment
    • Experience with SME and specific verticals that require cross-border payment support
    • Experience supporting companies with cross-border payment needs between Canada and US with Mexico, Brazil, Columbia and Chile is an asset
    • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
    • Positive attitude with a flexible mindset; a sense of urgency aligned with Jeeves’ fast-paced culture
    • Successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Experience using CRM software (ex. Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
