Location: This role is based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time hybrid position where it is required to come into our office in Roma Norte. #LI-HYBRID

Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify areas for process improvement across the global organization and different teams and execute them
    • Support operational processes that require manual review or input across teams.
    • Focus on supporting onboarding and payment operations
    • Scope, launch and implement feature or growth pilots
    • Support the go to market motion of new product launches
    • Project manage product release cycles and other cross-functional initiatives that drive our OKRs
    • Work closely with product and engineering teams when local expertise is needed
    • Support creation of presentations for the leadership team

Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in operations of planning roles
    • Fintech and payments experience is a plus
    • Must be able to do basic analysis using tools like Excel, SQL or programming languages like Python or R
    • Fluent in English & Portuguese, or English & Spanish. Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions
    • Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment (Jeeves is growing and our team’s priorities can quickly shift)
    • Collaborative, team oriented, open minded and excellent follow through
    • Ability to be hands-on and do operational work when necessary, to ensure reliability of our product and cross-functional support
