Job Purpose
To establish and maintain relationships with customers to maximize sales. This role focuses on expanding customer relationships, supporting the sales strategy, and managing accounts, with an emphasis on travel and negotiation skills.
Main Accountabilities:
- Responsible for selling, closing, servicing, and expanding the current customer base.
- Conduct negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building activities.
- Perform market studies, knock on doors, and build reports and analyses to aid decision-making and provide suggestions to the Sales Manager.
- Regularly travel to meet regional customers.
- Attend international machinery exhibitions.
- Ensure that all payments are processed.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Skills: Proficiency in English, excellent MS Office skills, good project management abilities, strong negotiation techniques, quick learning ability, passion for sales, and self-motivation with a results-driven mindset.
