Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Junior Logistics Assistant based in Riyadh to support our local hardware dispatch operations. The tasks are simple and structured, with clear instructions and support from the central client team. This is a low-frequency but essential role that ensures our partners receive the right equipment on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

    • Receive hardware shipment requests from the client team and fill in required forms in their system to order equipment from the warehouse (currently in Dubai, possibly later in Riyadh).
    • Prepare shipments: print shipping labels, purchase packaging materials (boxes, envelopes, etc.), and assemble packages for delivery.
    • Track deliveries and ensure they follow the expected timeline.
    • Confirm successful receipt of shipments by local partners, ensuring packages arrive on time and undamaged.
    • Communicate with the client's logistics lead in case of any questions or issues.

Requirements

    • Based in Riyadh and legally allowed to work.
    • Organized and detail-oriented, with a sense of responsibility.
    • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
    • Basic tech skills: using online systems, printing labels, filling out forms.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Prior experience in logistics or shipping is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Commitment

    • Flexible, task-based involvement. Expected workload: around once per month or less.
    • The team will provide notice and task details in advance (typically early in the month), so you’ll know when and what needs to be done.
