Project Process Description:
The main idea of the project is to provide interactive panoramas from street-level positions worldwide. It includes building, testing, deploying, and maintaining imagery hardware and sensors used on various platforms.

The Inventory Coordinator is part of the Field Solutions team. Their responsibilities include supporting domestic and international movement of imagery collection equipment, ensuring adherence to country-specific regulations, liaising with HWO Logistics, managing stock, scheduled counts, and forecasting

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Provide support for equipment purchasing, logistics, and liaising with shipping partners
    • Maintain inventory stock levels to meet quarterly operational demand
    • Coordinate shipments with logistics suppliers to ensure timely delivery
    • Calculate and track lead times, ETA/ETD
    • Generate monthly shortage reports
    • Assist in forecasting, managing local inventory, and distribution
    • Facilitate packaging and labeling of dangerous goods
    • Collaborate with procurement for supply availability and mitigation updates
    • Create and manage parts lists and replenishment levels
    • Develop processes for forecast modeling and exception management
    • Oversee demand forecasting and regional allocations
    • Communicate inventory movement (inbound/outbound) to stakeholders
    • Support physical inventory counts as required

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
    • 3+ years in logistics, vendor, or warehouse management
    • Domain Experience in Hardware Operations: Minimum 2 years
    • Spreadsheet, stock management, and forecasting familiarity
    • Comfort in fast-changing environments
    • Experience with any ERP tools
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels
