The Principal Solutions Architect is the lead for delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Nuance based solutions for Contact Center and CCaaS engagements. They will have responsibility for being customer facing and revenue generating, in a pre-sales capacity with delivery oversight on projects.  This individual will gather client technical and business requirements, provide Nuance, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consulting, execute and/or lead technical workshops with clients, and develop product, architectural and proposal content.  This individual will also provide consulting leadership on projects.   At TTEC Digital our consultants work closely with a wide range of clients around the globe to deliver exceptional experiences by helping them identify their business pains, then turning around to develop and implement useful and relevant technology-based solutions to meet those needs. What You'll Be Doing

    • Leads and/or participates in the project team to develop optimal solutions for client business challenges.  Guides the client through design, architecture, estimate, and delivery.
    • Wins new business by working cross-functionally with sales and delivery to develop client proposals and presentations around process and solution options, clearly explaining technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision-making.
    • Manages client engagements at all levels of client interaction with responsibility for product and technical content.
    • Provides thought leadership around TTEC Digital's core GTM solutions internally and externally.
    • Leads technical workshops to drive enablement and business development.
    • Establishes TTEC Digital as a recognized leader in technology-led innovation through public speaking and published thought leadership.
    • Utilizes industry and Microsoft contacts to generate new business opportunities and revenue.
    • Delivers strategic thought leadership by participating in multiple client engagements simultaneously in both pre-sales and delivery capacities.
    • Completes at minimum one (1) certification exam a year.
    • Contributes to financial success of the company by driving high billable utilization for project team members under their leadership.

What You'll Bring to the Role

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred. Master’s a plus.
    • 2-3 years’ experience performing pre-sales activities along with 4+ years’ experience working with relevant Nuance, Microsoft CRM / D365 CE technology in a professional services environment.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ project leadership experience, including 2+ years’ experience leading enterprise-level projects in a professional services or consulting environment.
    • Mastery of Nuance and/or D365 Enterprise Applications including previous technical skills with Dynamics 365 CRM including design, architecture, installation, configuration, deployment and customization. Specifically in the Contact Center space.
    • Preferred experience in CCaaS, IVR, Nuance, Power Platform, Power Apps, Data/AI, Customer Insights, Power BI, Modern Workplace, etc.
    • A strong executive presence and capable of engaging with Microsoft leadership both in a Sales and Delivery capacity.
    • Ability to cultivate relationship with Engineering, Sales, Sales Enablement at Microsoft/Nuance.
    • A strong understanding of Nuance and Conversational AI capabilities.
    • Ability to engage in leadership conversations around best practices across Nuance products (PES, Conversational AI).
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead client & Microsoft engineering/field conversations.
    • Broad expertise of the Contact Center and IVR space.
    • Ability to build demos and present during pre-sales engagements.
    • Architectural understanding of associated technologies for integration design.
    • Experience generating project plans and estimates for these workloads.
    • Nuance Delivery leadership/guidance experience.
    • Certification in relevant Microsoft discipline(s) preferred.
    • Consulting leadership experience working for a Microsoft partner with spectacular client references.
    • Ability to shape strong presentations and narratives that influence and commit people to change.
    • Previous experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
    • Travel up to 50% nationally
$150,000 - $2,000,000 a year
The incentive plan for this position is a sales incentive plan.

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
