Technical Presales Engineer Amazon Connect/AWS Cloud Contact Center Duties and Responsibilities
·         Technical Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the AWSpractice services and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies specific to Contact Center and auxiliary applications to support Contact Center deployments.
·         Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients and partner internally to assess technical requirements and business challenges as part of the RFP process.
·         Solution Presentations: Partner with Solutions Architects to create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value of the company's offerings and how we can meet business requirements.
·         Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
·         Technical Support: Provide pre-sales technical support, responding to RFPs, answering customer inquiries, and addressing concerns about functionality and compatibility.
·         Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, case studies, and technical specifications.
·         Assist with generating quotes in Dynamics and review with Solution Architecture Team
Technical Presales Engineer Requirements and Qualifications
·         Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is often preferred.
·         Proven experience in a contact center technical role, such as software engineering, system administration, and/or technical support.
·         Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
·         Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
·         Knowledge of industry-specific tools and software may be required, depending on the sector.
·         Relevant certifications (e.g., product-specific certifications) are a plus.
·         Technical Presales Engineers are essential in helping customers make informed decisions, and they contribute significantly to a company's sales success
