About the Role:
Tubular is looking for a Go-To-Market Strategy & Analytics Manager who will act as a business partner to our Sales, Customer Success and wider Go-To-Market teams to both accelerate customer growth and optimize for retention. In this role, you will team with stakeholders to develop scalable operational processes grounded in data-driven insight. You will manage analytical models directly linked to our go-to-market strategy and operational efficiency, and generate critical insights aimed at optimizing business performance. Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong analytical background, who is energized by helping businesses adapt and grow, and demonstrates strong communication skills.This position reports to the Senior Manager of Business Operations.  You will be part of a trusted team that partners with multiple areas of the company to create high impact, quality work.


    • Partner with Bus Ops leadership and GTM leaders to drive the strategy and execution for GTM reporting and analytics 
    • Distill complex data into easily digestible, actionable, and timely insights for Tubular’s commercial and product team leaders
    • Design, develop and manage reporting tools and dashboards to shape clear actionable understanding of sales, marketing and product performance by business stakeholders
    • Improve revenue and productivity by working closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand the business intelligence and insights needs of end-users

About You:

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3+ years in a consulting, operations, or analytics role in a fast-paced growth environment
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
    • Strong track record of driving analytical projects inclusive of methodology development, analysis execution, stakeholder management, recommendation generation and implementation experience
    • Skilled in project management with ability to prioritize in partnership with stakeholders from marketing, product, and sales
    • Experience using different analytical methods to provide insights in various areas of the business

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Passion for digital video and/or social media, and strong intuition for the fast-moving online video industry
    • Expert-level skills in Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, data visualization and analytics tools
    • Strong understanding of Marketing technology landscape, measurement and attribution approaches
    • Knowledge of SaaS industry issues, trends and business models essential
    • Strong understanding of product analytics methods
