The Role:
Tunnl seeks an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Account Management to lead our account management team and lead client success. The Vice President of Account Management will inspire and mentor a team of professionals, cultivate strong client relationships, and strategically guide clients in leveraging data-driven strategies to achieve their brand and public affairs goals. This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage key departments, teams and processes instrumental to Tunnl’s growth while making a significant impact on our clients’ success. This role will regularly influence key decisions on company strategy and growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and Develop the Account Management Team
** Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the account management team, ensuring high-quality service and support to all clients
** Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment, promoting continuous learning and development in pursuit of delivering value to clients
** Create, maintain and execute hiring plans based on business needs, in coordination with internal stakeholders
* Serve as a Trusted Partner to Clients
** Act as a trusted partner to clients by understanding and anticipating needs, and aligning Tunnl’s solutions to their brand or public affairs goals
** Provide strategic insights and recommendations to maximize the value clients receive from Tunnl’s offerings
** Collaborate with clients to solve complex challenges using data-driven strategies
* Oversee Client Experience and Product Adoption
** Manage the client journey from onboarding through renewals, ensuring a seamless experience and successful execution of key client milestones
** Develop and implement strategies to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and product usage
** Ensure Tunnl’s solutions are integrated with clients’ ongoing initiatives to drive impactful outcomes
* Lead Revenue Growth Through Renewals and Expansions
** Own client renewal and expansion opportunities from start to finish
** Identify opportunities to up or cross-sell value additive solutions to existing clients
** Contribute to business growth by developing and executing strategies that enhance client engagement and revenue potential
* Collaborate Across Teams
** Partner with internal teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure cohesive service delivery and product adoption
** Advocate for client needs to inform product development, service strategies and more
Qualifications
* 10+ years of demonstrated growth in client strategy and relationships, including a minimum of 5+ years managing teams or leading business units
* Expertise and experience in areas including data analytics, advertising, marketing technology, public affairs, or market research is highly beneficial
* Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and coach team members to achieve high performance
* Experience leading client adoption and utilization of products or services
* Demonstrated ability to consistently grow and renew client relationships
* Ability to communicate complex strategies, concepts or plans clearly and persuasively to both internal audiences and to client stakeholders
* Demonstrates a solutions-oriented, proactive and growth-focused approach in all aspects of the role
* Thrives in a collaborative, agile environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
* Significant experience utilizing survey research and data strategies
* Ability to balance strategic leadership with collaborative execution of key initiatives
