The role

This is an exciting role for an ambitious and talented Senior Designer — the opportunity to help build a design studio from the ground up!

As a result of the ongoing success of the foundational strategic work, we are building a creative practice at 21CB, focussing on creating iconic, narrative-driven brand identities. The senior designer will be one of the first hires within this new department and will work closely with our ECD, who has led world-class brand identity development for the likes of PayPal, The New York Times, MOMA and The Athletic.

Together we will create stunning and thoughtful identities for the world's most influential brands.


    • Generate concepts and design for large-scale and small-scale projects
    • Balance creative work across several projects at a time
    • Present creative ideas with clarity and confidence
    • Collaborate with strategists and creative specialists in a productive and healthy manner
    • Carefully interpret and apply feedback
    • Deliver final production ready assets
    • Create guidelines and templates for effective brand execution
    • Ensure timelines and significant milestones are met
    • Adapt to project changes with a solutions-oriented approach
    • Nurture strong partnerships with clients built on trust and respect
    • Inspire and mentor junior team members
    • Iteratively assess design tools, industry trends, and methodologies


    • 5+ years of experience as a designer in-house at a creative studio and/or in-house
    • Strong portfolio with examples of design systems, branding, and marketing
    • Passionate about both strategy and design
    • Confidence in multi-tasking, time management and delegating as required
    • Strong presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills
    • Proficiency in Figma, the Adobe Suite, and Keynote
    • Highly motivated, collaborative and entrepreneurial
    • Calm under pressure
    • An eye for detail
    • Professionalism and a great sense of humor
