The Partnerships Account  Manager will be responsible for key content creators and working on strategic initiatives tied to content growth. This position will manage key relationships with partnered content creators. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a customer service mentality, a passion for gaming and the ability to execute under evolving timelines.


    • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partnered content creators
    • Assist individual creators with maximising their use of the platform
    • Identify, develop and recruit content creators to use the platform
    • Business development, from outreach to contract negotiation and execution
    • Create, manage and execute local strategic initiatives  which provide value to broadcasters
    • Track, manage and report key performance metrics, objectives and goals
    • Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Sales and Content teams to achieve regional goals
    • Proactively gather feedback on Twitch products and present to internal stakeholders
    • Bridge the language barrier between Twitch and the local community


    • Excellent written and verbal communication in Russian and English as well as excellent interpersonal skills
    • At least 1-3+ years account management experience with high-performing content creators in Russia and Ukraine
    • 1-2 Years of experience in organizing events for content creators (e.g. education summits, booths at Events)
    • 1-2 Years of experience within the broadcaster field either as broadcaster or as manager of broadcasters
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Must be organized, strategic, creative and be able to clearly communicate how plans will deliver against organizational goals
    • Self-starter mentality: must be able to effectively work independently and autonomously
    • Goal oriented: focused on setting and exceeding personal goals, and executing against team goals
    • Capable of managing and completing multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment
    • Understanding of common online video and online advertising metrics
    • Developed understanding of the traditional and digital media sector
    • Ability to travel to gaming conventions, industry events and to meet clients - more than 30 days of traveling a year
    • Must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google docs and sheets

Bonus points

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Studies or History
    • Familiarity with Twitch as a user and broadcaster
    • Strong existing relationships within the gaming community
    • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
    • Advanced Office and Excel skills
    • Experience with esports, live video content, or gaming communities
    • Previous employment at a games industry company, or as a content creator
