The Associate Program Activation Manager is responsible for assisting the Program Activation Managers with the day to day workflow as well as managing the execution of standard single influencer broadcasts.  The role will work closely with teams in the Advertising team, cross functional teams such as Legal and Finance and external teams such as third party vendors and Influencers to ensure alignment. As an Associate Program Activation Manager, you are a creative problem-solver who wears many hats, can keep cool under pressure and have a strong knack for project management. The ideal candidate would successfully work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment using critical thinking and problem-solving skills along the way. A background in production, experiential marketing, project management or brand management are a plus.

Responsibilities

    • Assist Program Activation Managers with the execution of day to day needs of the team
    • Develop processes with cross functional teams such as Legal and Finance to ensure contracts and payment are fulfilled in a timely manner
    • Manage standard single influencer broadcasts from concept to execution, ensuring brand success and quality assurance while staying within campaign scope
    • Act as a secondary contact for the Program Activation Managers across all branded activations in Sales
    • Proactively inform clients and Program Activations team of issues and risks while offering solutions
    • Provide onsite assistance to Program Activations Managers
    • Assist in organizing in studio productions through sourcing materials, vendors and on site assistance
    • Willingness to travel

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience will be considered
    • 1-2 years of experience working on and contributing to the development of video games and /or other interactive entertainment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills
    • Willing to take on new challenges in order to have a more detailed knowledge of the department and pipeline
    • Experience working directly with cross-functional teams
    • Self-motivated with a strong personal work ethic
    • The ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and priorities

    • Experience in Video Production, Experiential Marketing or Media Knowledge of the gaming industry and the Twitch platform
