As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be a strategic partner in building high-performing teams, driving innovative sourcing strategies, and embodying our vision to create a lasting impact. Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for key roles across TX and its subsidiaries, prioritizing direct sourcing to attract top-tier talent.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies that optimize for speed, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Drive measurable success by owning OKRs tied to hiring goals, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs and craft tailored recruitment plans.
- Build robust candidate pipelines through diverse channels, enabling rapid response to emerging hiring demands.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate outreach and interview coordination to offer negotiations, while fostering strong partnerships with external recruiters.
- Innovate new sourcing methods and streamline processes to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Cultivate a long-term talent pool by nurturing relationships with prospective candidates through proactive networking.
- Amplify TX’s employer brand through PR initiatives, driving organic applications and showcasing our culture.

Requirements
[Must-Haves]
- Proven experience recruiting engineers, either in-house or at a recruitment agency, with a knack for understanding technical roles.
- Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines, managing the entire hiring process, and closing offers by aligning candidate skills with organizational needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience representing a company’s vision, mission, and culture to inspire and attract candidates.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Business-level Japanese proficiency to engage, negotiate, and build relationships with Japanese-speaking candidates.
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese to engage, negotiate, and build relationships with candidates.
