Your designs will play a crucial role in enabling our Operation team to complete daily tasks more quickly—directly impacting our Unit Economics. In addition, you'll design interfaces that are accessible to a wide range of users, including those with little or no experience with smartphones.
Working closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and UX/UI teams, you will transform complex functionalities and data into engaging web experiences. In our fast-paced start-up environment, balancing aesthetics, usability, and efficiency is essential.
Our Integrated Development Approach:
We develop using C# and Unity/Blazor, fostering collaboration between design, engineering, and product teams. This integrated approach ensures that your designs are technically feasible and align with our overall product vision.
Responsibilities
Interface Design & Prototyping:
- Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Develop responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across devices and browsers.
User Experience & Visual Design:
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate user needs and business requirements into effective visual designs. Ensure designs follow best practices in usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Design interfaces that help the Operation team finish tasks faster, with measurable improvements in task completion times contributing to better Unit Economics.
Collaboration & Integration:
- Work closely with frontend engineers to implement designs effectively, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and agile ceremonies to provide creative input and incorporate feedback.
- Address the needs of diverse user categories—including end-users who may have limited experience with smartphones—to create accessible, easy-to-use interfaces.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on emerging web design trends and technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and evolving project requirements

- Solid proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) to effectively collaborate with development teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt designs based on feedback and evolving requirements
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience working in the robotics, IoT, or enterprise software sectors.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex functionalities into simple, effective design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Vision & Growth
- Contribute to our goal of delivering a unified, user-friendly enterprise robot/IoT device management platform that improves operational efficiency.
- Help shape the visual and interaction design strategy to enhance user experiences, directly supporting the Operation team's KPIs by reducing task completion times.
