Join and run our efforts towards making sure customers get the most out of our solutions. If you are passionate about technology (API-driven solutions in particular) and above all, a self-starter who is able to work independently, you’ll fit right in!

In this mission-critical role, you will

    • Help define our support process and deploy the needed tools
    • Provide technical support to our customers
    • Document customer requirements and review use cases
    • Manage the onboarding of new accounts and successful technical implementation
    • Support the sales team with custom demos for prospects
    • Work with the product team on our developer-first (B2D) approach

You should have

    • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in customer support
    • Great technology acumen (including high-level understanding of API-driven solutions)
    • A good understanding of cybersecurity
    • Excellent command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
    • A business owner mindset, able to take responsibility over projects and tasks
