We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our global sales team from our Bucharest office. If you are passionate about sales, technology and above all, a self-starter who is able to work independently and promote leadership, you’ll fit right in!

You should have

    • Relevant experience in sales development and/or market research
    • Good technology acumen
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
    • Excellent command of written and oral English
    • An entrepreneurial mindset, able to take responsibility over projects and tasks
    • Strong drive to develop professionally, including the development of leadership skills

We like to see

    • Previous sales experience in deep tech and developer-oriented companies
    • Previous sales experience in the B2B markets
    • Past experience with cold calling/cold outreach
    • Proven business development success with sales tools

In this mission-critical role, you will

    • Perform market research and contact target accounts
    • Built lead lists and connect with key accounts
    • Cold call prospects to generate new business
    • Assist the sales team in qualifying customers and ensure proper handoff of customers to sales
    • Help prepare for customer meetings and events
    • Attend industry events
    • Work closely with the SDR team and the sales team
    • Work with the marketing team on our outreach strategy
