We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive to join our Bucharest office, supporting our regional sales efforts. If you are passionate about sales, technology, and above all, a self-starter who is able to work independently, you’ll fit right in!

You should have

    • Over 3 years of experience in B2B tech sales
    • Good technology acumen
    • Experience in use of a CRM with pipeline forecasting experience
    • Diligence in recording and organizing sales activities within the CRM
    • Experience in working alongside technical stakeholders, both on the customer side and inside the organization 
    • Technical sales experience
    • Active engagement with marketing-qualified leads generated through marketing activities
    • Prospecting experience that generates new business
    • Proven track record of exceeding annual quota
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated negotiation skills
    • Self-starter  and  independent work ability, while also contributing as a member of the sales team
    • A can-do attitude, with a focus on taking responsibility for new business generation
    • Sales travel experience that creates movement in the pipeline
    • Excellent English proficiency
    • Availability to work with European and US-based customers

    • Enterprise sales experience in Cybersecurity
    • CRM dashboard reporting and projection experience
    • Experience with using Hubspot CRM  
    • Innovative techniques to keep the prospect moving through the sales process
    • Experience in achieving the technical win in a sales meeting
    • Experience in dynamic work environments
    • Past SDR experience

In this mission-critical role, you will

    • Schedule product demos for customers
    • Qualify and close new business opportunities
    • Build and foster client relationships through personalized contact and demonstrated understanding of client’s requirements
    • Proactively engage marketing qualified leads
    • Engage in both independent and coordinated prospecting activities to generate new business
    • Communicate the value of TypingDNA’s product suite to prospective customers
    • Be responsible of the sales qualified leads allocated to you 
    • Forecast opportunities accurately based upon realistic assessments
    • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota 
    • Participate in marketing events and client site visits as required
    • Uncover business needs, technical requirements and the potential buyers purchasing process
    • Track and report on all relevant information and lead activity in Hubspot
    • Achieve sales targets to meet revenue objectives
    • Collaborate and communicate with the sales and marketing team
    • Assist with building our sales strategy in the region
    • Coordinate with the technical team for integrations and support
    • Coordinate with our content marketing team for developing the right sales collateral
