VP Sales

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing VP of Sales to join our global business development and sales strategy efforts. If you are experienced in and passionate about sales management, have an excellent technology acumen, and above all, a self-starter who is able to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done, you’ll fit right in!

In this mission-critical role, you will

    • Lead the generation of new business in the region
    • Develop relationships with current clients
    • Build our sales strategy in the region
    • Coordinate with our customer success team for integrations and support
    • Coordinate with our content marketing team for developing the right sales collateral

You should have

    • At least 5 years of experience in highly consultative sales for B2B SaaS solutions
    • Experience with building sales teams, including recruiting top talent, developing repeatable processes, and empowering people
    • Great technology acumen
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and closing skills
    • An entrepreneurial mindset, able to take responsibility over quotas and make things happen
    • Openness to travel extensively

We would like to see

    • Previous sales experience in cybersecurity
    • We have many Spanish speaking customers, so it's a valuable but not required skill for our team
