Founded by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology was launched in 2019 after a seed funding round of 10M$, backed by European investors and entrepreneurs such as Xavier Niel, Marc Simoncini, Alven, Firstminute capital.

Typology has an incredible growth in its first and domestic market - France - and is accelerating in its cross border expansion. In this context your mission will be to be at the heart of the Ops team to ensure that products are always available for the end customer, with a perfect level of quality & service.
OUTCOMES
- Placing and monitoring of AC/MP/FG orders
- Stock monitoring to avoid shortages
- Stock valuation with finance team
- Participation in the elaboration of the finished good forecast
- Control of delivery notes and associated invoicing
- Management of non-conformities
- Monitoring of partners performance: shortages & waste
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- A first experience specialized in Ops, Supply Chain, Procurement &/or Logistics
- Efficiency & results driven able to track and challenge continuously operational KPIs and to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Autonomy: enjoy working independently with support from the manager whenever needed
- Talented in "languages" able to work closely with the whole team and diversified professions (product team, finance, communication, international), and with suppliers & partners
- Attention to details being involved in daily tasks around business topics and supply/logistic processes
- Analytical and forecasting skills understanding the business needs & participation in the development of models
- Perfect communication of the figures able to prepare top level reporting and make your tools/analysis usable and readable for the team
- Fluent level in French.
