Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in. 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in the UK, Germany and the USA.

As we continue to grow, Typology is looking for a Social Media Moderator intern to help ensure the high-quality of our customer service.

The 6-month internship could start in July 2024.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Comments Moderation : Reviewing comments to ensure their appropriateness before permitting them to be published on the site
    • Comments Responses : Addressing user comments and inquiries regarding topics pertinent to the website
    • Community Engagement : Participating in online discussions with customers or potential customers across various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
    • Customer Care : Providing support for Customer Care when required
    • Projects : Collaborating on projects with diverse teams to devise strategies for user engagement

SPECIFIC SKILLS

    • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
    • Strong interest in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty
    • Excellent copywriting skills in French and English
    • A first experience in social media moderation is a plus
    • Genuine customers relations skills
