Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in. 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in the UK, Germany and the USA.

Mission

Lead and develop our network of influencers in the US across different social channels: Instagram, tiktok, blogs, facebook, pinterests, etc.

Outcomes

-Seeding: sourcing, gifting and follow-up of new prospect influencers . Achieve new posts/stories from new influencers & existing "gold" influencers.
-Relationship management: develop a club of "gold" influencers for regular seeding and activations and maintain relationship with the club
-Paid macro influencer collaborations: identify and negotiate paid influencer collaboration partnerships with macro influencers

Specific skills

-relationship building & empathy: a natural rapport with people interactions. Excel in written communication.
-drive: naturally driven person. Feels motivated to achieve ambitious seeding and commercial partnerships targets
-social media savviness: active on social media and informed about the latest trends of platforms. An avid consumer of social media itself is a definite plus
-web analytics: basic understanding of web analytics is required (able to interpret and understand traffic, ROI, media metrics)
