Founded in. 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in the UK, Germany and the USA.

Mission

Our brand is expanding in Germany. Your mission as Growth Lead Germany will be to establish the digital brand and to grow revenue aggressively in the DACH territory.

Outcomes (what’s expected for the role):
1/ Sales: grow the DACH region revenue by 100% in 2022 and 2023
2/ Brand activations: through press and influence engagements
3/ Awareness campaigns: Run local and national offline advertising campaigns, initiate and negotiate rates with DACH media owner.
4/ Core metrics: Improvement of conversion rate, repeat rate, and Net Promoter Score

Skills
- E-commerce OR Digital experience is required.
- Commercial mindset: we need you to, like us, have customers at heart. We need you to have a good sense of what communicates our value proposition well and what doesn’t when it comes to copywriting, and advertising.
- Analytical skills: you have developed a great understanding of conversion metrics and web analytics, and you're able to interpret data and share insights with the team.
- Influence: Understand the drivers of a channel such as influence, have used influence as a channel to grow sales in the past directly or indirectly, able to quote some influencers.
- Cross-cultural Communication: we need you to be able to clearly and concisely present and communicate ideas. Being able to cooperate with other country leads and international teams is essential for this role.
- Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset: you're quick on your feet and able to make decisions and find solutions to any problem that comes our way.
- Project management: you're able to coordinate various team members internally and external stakeholders, you are effective in making things happen.
- Being native in German & proficient in English is essential
