Mission: As we continue to grow, we still have great challenges to meet in order to make the plurality and quality of our products known to as many people as possible. With this in mind, we are looking to expand our influence team for the french market by recruiting a junior influencer marketing manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scale and optimize influencer collaborations: Drive and expand paid influencer partnerships for Typology in France, focusing on increasing ROI and success rates.
- Plan and execute impactful campaigns: Coordinate product shipments, craft detailed briefs, oversee delivery, and provide thorough reporting on results.
- Analyze and innovate: Monitor, analyze, and benchmark the performance of campaigns and activations (both quantitative and qualitative) while integrating industry best practices.
- Build strong relationships: Cultivate meaningful connections with key influencers, beauty experts, and partners to strengthen long-term collaborations.
- Boost brand awareness: Develop and manage creative collaboration campaigns to maximize brand visibility, strengthen brand love, and drive revenue.
- Stay ahead of the competition: Keep a close eye on market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities to differentiate and grow.
- Collaborate internationally: Share insights, ideas, and results with our global influencer team to align on strategies and achieve collective goals.
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Commercial & Relational Expertise: Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and build lasting, meaningful relationships with influencers and partners.
- Analytical Proficiency: Solid understanding of tracking tools, web analytics (Google Analytics, CPM, ROI), and audience measurement tools to optimize campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
- Growth-Oriented: Proven track record of driving scalable growth in paid influence marketing operations, either in-house or for clients.
- Creative Vision: Ability to inject innovation into influencer campaigns, crafting fresh concepts while staying on top of industry trends and market shifts.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple campaigns and maintaining a keen eye on campaign performance, ensuring smooth project execution and deadline adherence.
- Digital Savvy: Familiar with social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and digital tools to leverage the full potential of influencer partnerships.
- Strong Communication: Clear, concise communication skills in both French and English, ensuring effective coordination with teams, influencers, and clients.

- With a minimum of 1 year of experience in fast-paced or cosmetics companies, you have a deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics and the ability to quickly adapt to changing needs.
